The Melhem Foundation is the philanthropic and humanitarian arm of the broader Melhem ecosystem. Tripoli Community Support — Al-Tawarek Partnership

In formal partnership with the Fondation Al-Tawarek (established 1992), the Melhem Foundation actively supports hundreds of families across Tripoli and greater Lebanon. Our ongoing programs deliver food, clean water, clothing, nursing care, medication, and regular medical checkups to vulnerable families — providing a lifeline of dignity and care to those most in need in Lebanese society.

Boreholes, Education & Community Development — Kenya

Through our formal partnership with Agatha Saved Dreams CBO in Kenya, the Melhem Foundation funds the construction of boreholes to provide clean water access to underserved communities. Emergency Food Support Initiative — 200+ Families in Lebanon

The Melhem Foundation has formally approved and launched an Emergency Food Support Initiative targeting 200+ Lebanese families facing acute food insecurity. Executed in partnership with the Al-Tawarek Foundation and directly funded by the Melhem Scientific Charitable Fund, this program demonstrates the Foundation's ability to rapidly mobilize philanthropic resources for urgent humanitarian needs.
